Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Attendance - If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 2. Cancellations & Refunds - Refunds or credits are not available for missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session. - Sessions missed without prior notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 3. Transferability - The Full Term Pass is non-transferable and valid only for the child named at purchase. 4. Age Group & Supervision - Suitable for children aged 6 months - 5 years. - A parent or guardian must remain on-site during sessions. 5. Health & Safety - Please do not attend if your child is unwell; you may notify us to discuss options. - Messy play involves sensory materials and may stain clothing—please dress appropriately.
