All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times.
We encourage children to engage freely in messy play; please dress them in appropriate clothing.
Bibs and Bub Sensory Hub is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the session. Parents/caregivers assume full responsibility for their child’s safety.
By attending a session, you agree that photos/videos taken during the playgroup may be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through bookings, inquiries, or social media interactions will be kept confidential and used only for communication regarding our sessions. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.

Adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
Provide accurate booking information, including emergency contact details.
Respect the playgroup environment and ensure all materials and resources are used appropriately.

REFUND POLICY

All bookings are non-refundable. However, if a session is canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a credit for a future session. If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to discuss possible rescheduling.
